Na.Ka.No.5944/2024/Aa4 dated 27.05.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents not to disturb the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of property in Survey No.102/10 situated at Kurumbapatti village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District and within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The order impugned in this writ petition is appealable before the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul. The petitioner states that he will file such an appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an appeal is filed within the aforesaid time limit, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. The District Revenue Officer should of course put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I have not gone 2/4

into the merits of the matter. Considering the special facts and circumstances of this case, the order impugned in this writ petition shall be put on hold and not implemented, till the disposal of revision / appeal by the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul.
