ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 14.02.2022, in pursuant to NBW issued by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in SC No.135 of 2020, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 465, 471, 406, 420 IPC, connected in Crime No.618 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The trial Court has issued NBW against the petitioner due to his absence on 18.11.2021 and the petitioner was secured on 14.02.2022, that too on PT warrant.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted and 11 previous cases are pending against him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since from the date of arrest, the petitioner is in custody. Hence, prays for bail.
5.Considering the above facts, the petitioner is having 11 previous cases and the trial could not be commenced without the presence of the petitioner. From the very nature of absconding shows that the petitioner will not co-operate with the trial proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for any discretionary relief from this Court.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
