2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant and perused the materials placed.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer the criminal appeal.

4.Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
