The present petition is filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to grant special leave to prefer the criminal appeal against the judgment of acquittal of the respondent, dated 13.08.2024, passed in Crl.A.No.52/2022, on the file of the learned District Judge, Karur, reversing the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 21.03.2022, made in CC.No.

483/2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, [At Magisterial level], Fast Track Court, Karur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant and perused the materials placed.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer the criminal appeal.

4.Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
