Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue free house site patta to the petitioner for Government vacant land bearing Sy.No.917, situated at Kallupatti, Thoppammadai, Kudaloor Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, in which the petitioner put up a hut and living there.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of house site patta in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.917, situated at Kallupatti, Thoppammadai, Kudaloor Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, in which the petitioner has put up a hut and is living there. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though she made such a request as early as on 19.01.2010 and periodically renewing the same, last of which was made on 23.01.2017, the respondents have not considered her request sofar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to

consider the request of the petitioner for grant of patta and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with Law, also after hearing the interested parties or rival claimants, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
