RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.935 of 2018 dated 24/01/2018 as ordered by this Honourable Court to the petitioner for surrender / appear before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam to execute the bail bonds and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.R.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.APG.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Govt. Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.935 of 2018, dated 24.01.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that, there was a delay of 6 months in executing the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court, by the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the delay of six months in executing the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
