..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.E3/1285/2015 dated 25.10.2017 and that of the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.E4/6901/2009 dated 14.06.2017 and quash the same consequently, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attended benefits consequent thereon.

[Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] This writ petition is directed against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.E3/1285/2015 dated 25.10.2017 and that of the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.E4/6901/2009 dated 14.06.2017.

2.Heard Mr.Devaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the records. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.It is seen that as against the order impugned in this writ petition, the writ petitioner has an appeal remedy, but without

exhausting the alternative appeal remedy, the writ petition has been filed. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to approach the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
