This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representations dated 27.12.2023 and 13.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. Therefore, the petitioner sent representations dated 27.12.2023 and 13.01.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 3 and 4, is inclined to pass orders.
