RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of Extension of Time, to grant a further time of 2 weeks to comply the order dated 31/07/2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13494 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RABINDRANATH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU Government Advocate Criminal Side for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13494 of 2018, dated 31.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that, due to personal reasons the petitioners could not execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
