ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.8 of 2019 and to file the final report, within a time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case in Cr.No.8 of 2019 was closed as mistake of fact on 13.01.2019 itself and RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner on 12.01.2019, in which, the petitioner has also signed. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
