This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on the representation dated 29.05.2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the third and fourth respondents have created a forged document.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No. 149 of 2024 and the same was closed on 13.03.2024.

Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. In the event if the petitioner is having any ground, it is always open to the petitioner to prosecute the case before the concerned Court under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
