Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to provide police protection to ensure the life and limb of the petitioners and his family members, from the Respondents No.3 to 5 based on the Petitioner`s representation dated 10/6/2024.

Seeking police protection, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has obtained a decree from the appropriate civil Court that she is the absolute owner of the suit property and also filed an application in EA No.48 of 2012 in E.A.No.11 of 2012 seeking police protection for executing the decree. The same was ordered by the Execution Court by order dated 18.11.2013. After the order of the year 2013, the daughter of the defendant in the suit has created some problem. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a separate complaint on 21.06.2024 and moved this application.

3.Since the petitioner claims that she is having a valid decree obtained from the Civil Court and also an order of the Court for providing police protection, the official respondents are directed to look into this complaint and verify the same with the respondents 3 & 4 and to take appropriate action and if necessary, shall provide police protection. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
