ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.71 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 13.06.2018, some unknown persons have trespassed into the defacto complainant's TASMAC shop and took away the IMFL bottles. The total value of the property stolen is Rs.2,51,980/-. Hence a complaint has been lodged on 14.06.2018 and a case has been registered in Crime No.71 of 2018. On 25.07.2018, A1 was arrested and on his confession the petitioner herein / A2 was arrested.

4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was implicated in this case only on the strength of the confession statement of A1 and he had played no role in this crime. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is a history sheet offender and he has 11 previous cases to his credit. Further, he submitted the list of cases pending against the petitioner herein, before his Court. 6.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein.
