ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC in Crime No.525 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.12.2017, two unknown persons have snatched 23⁄4 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant and ran away from the place of occurrence. Hence the defacto complainant has made a complaint on 13.12.2017 and a case has been registered in Crime No.525 of 2017. On 25.07.2018, A1 was arrested and on his confession the petitioner herein / A2 was arrested.

4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was implicated in this case only on the strength of the confession statement of A1 and he had played no role in this crime. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is a history sheet offender and he has 11 previous cases

to his credit. Further, he submitted the list of cases pending against the petitioner herein, before his Court. 6.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein.
