O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide police protection by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 04.08.2021, 10.08.2021 and 12.08.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.482 of 2021 has been registered against 3 accused persons for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) IPC. He would further submit that the above mentioned accused persons are identified as Kamesh, Rajapandi and Manikandan. They were granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P. (MD)No.12974 of 2021 anticipatory bail by the Principal District Judge, Madurai by order dated 27.08.2021.

3. It appears that representation has been sent seeking police protection and now it is stated to be pending in Csr No. 567 of 2021. Since the case has been registered against known persons and representation is pending, the same could be disposed of on merits by summoning the abovesaid persons as well as the petitioner. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the third respondent shall take decision with regard to police protection.

4. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
