ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.165 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is an agriculturist. On 20.07.2018, at about 11 hours, two persons came in a two wheeler and demanded amount from the defacto complainant by showing knife and A1 snatched a sum of Rs.800/- from his pocket and ran away from there. Hence a case has been registered in Crime No.165 of 2018 and on the confession of the A1, this petitioner herein has been implicated in this case. 4.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was implicated in this case only on the strength of the confession statement of A1 and he had played no role in this crime. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

to his credit. Further, he submitted the list of cases pending against the petitioner herein, before his Court. 6.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein.
