30871, 30881 & 31036 of 2012 and grant all other attendant benefits thereto or in the alternative to direct the respondents to consider and absorb the petitioners in the post of Computer Operator, Typist, Stenographer, Examiners, Readers and Senior Bailiff or any other suitable post and till then not to terminate the services of the petitioners.

(Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) Heard Mr.M.Thirunavukkarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.Aravindan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and and carefully perused the materials placed on record.
2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and regularize their services in the Tamil Nadu Judicial Subordinate Services by framing a Scheme.
3. It is pertinent to note that a similar issue was considered by this Court, vide order dated 22.11.2012, in W.P.No.30871 of 2012 etc., batch.
