Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent i.e. the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Ramanathapuram relating to his impugned order in Na.Ka.A4/4686/2017 dated 13.12.2017 and quash the orders particularly in paragraph (1) and

(2) and consequently direct the respondents to disburse and encashment of leave salary and Special Provident Fund I and II as per the contribution made by the petitioner within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
