PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the second respondent in Cr.M.P. No.20/2022, (Goonda) dated 19.05.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Suganraj, son of Palanikumar, aged about 24 years, now detained in Madurai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.3950, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 01.07.2022 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
