ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.190 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC in Crime No.245 of 2008, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.190 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 06.08.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
