Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue an appropriate writ , order or direction in the nature of a Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent CEO in Mu.Mu.No.1631/A2/2017 dated 23.03.2017 (in so far as the conversion of the post to BT Assistant Maths from the date of issuance of his proceedings, w.e.f 23.03.2017) and the consequential proceedings issued by the 4th respondent DEO in Ne.Mu.No.1497/A3/2017 dated 12.06.2017 (in so far as approving the appointment of Mrs. A.Amalashiny as BT Assistant in Maths w.e.f. 23.03.2017) and subsequent proceedings of the 2nd Joint Director in Oo.Mu.No.079405/D2/B3/2017,dated 14.02.2019 (Confirming the order of CEO dated 23.03.

2017) quash the same and further direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to approve forthwith the appointment of Mrs.A.Amalashiny as BT Assistant in Maths in the petitioner School w.e.f. The date of her actual appointment i.e.20.07.2015 and disburse grant-in-aid towards her salary and other attendant benefits.
