This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.29 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.29 of 2020 and also filed final report before the Mahila Court, Madurai on 02.02.2022 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
