[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter / detenue viz., S.Malavika, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, Mr.Thangamunia Samy, Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue S.Malavika was secured by the police in Natham Police Station Crime No.227 of 2022 and has been handed over to the petitioner on 13.07.2022.
