Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2023 within a specified time frame, based on the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court that not getting Bhavanisagar Training is not the mistake of the employee and it is the mistake of the department. 1/4

ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that she has not been sent for Bhavanisagar training and thereby her promotion has been affected has filed this writ petition seeking appropriate direction to the respondents. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending this writ petition, the petitioner has undergone the said training and subsequently she has also been promoted as Inspector and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 03.12.2025 DSK 2/4
