PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2022, in accordance with law with the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2022, in accordance with law with the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused persons fraudulently executed a sale deed. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondent police, dated 21.03.2022, after receiving the complaint, the respondent police has not taken any action. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending and he seeks three weeks time to complete the enquiry.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action and to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
