2. It is not in dispute that survey was already conducted. The petitioner is not in receipt of survey report as well as survey sketch. It appears that the private respondents have removed the boundary stones fixed at the time of survey. The petitioner may have to lodge a police complaint and prosecute the persons who removed the boundary stones. The petitioner may also file a suit seeking injunction. If the boundary stone is removed, the survey authority cannot be expected to conduct fresh survey. This writ petition stands dismissed.
