Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6915 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5939 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench.

On such payment of cost, time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
