ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant permission and protection to the petitioner for conducting Sakthi temple Urchava Vizha, scheduled to be held on 29.07.2016 and 05.08.2016 at Purakarai Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 06.06.2016 to get permission and protection for conducting Aadi festival, but the same was not considered by the respondents so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that appropriate conditions have to be imposed while granting permission.
6.Under such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2016 and to impose appropriate conditions while granting permission.
7.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No cots.
