O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy to dispose the complaint in CC No.127 of 2018 on the file of the said Court, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the complainant in the above said criminal case, which was filed for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case was filed in 2018 and 313 Cr.P.C proceedings are completed on 04.09.2019, still the matter is not disposed of on merits. The petitioner is working as an employee in Southern Railway, Ponmalai, Trichy.

3.Since 313 Cr.P.C proceedings are completed as early as on 04.09.2019, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, No.V, Trichy to complete the trial process and dispose of the matter on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
