ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506 (ii) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 and Section 67 of Information Technology Act in Crime No.219 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 06.08.2018, at about 06.00 p.m. the de facto complainant went to the petitioner's house. The petitioner was said to have attacked the de facto complainant with aruval. But the petitioner moved away.
Thereafter the petitioner uploaded the de facto complainant's daughter photographs in the Facebook and other Media. Hence the complaint. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the de facto complainant's daughter are in love with each other and due to objections raised by the de facto complainant, the victim did not love him. Therefore a false case has been foisted on the petitioner only to split him from loving each other.

from 07.08.2018, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti.
(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks daily at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required for interrogation; sd/- 31/08/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
