ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.92 of 2024 dated 31.05.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent or any other competent investigation agency or to complete the investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'undetected'.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that CCTV footage is available nearby occurrence place which was not considered by the Investigating Officer.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Governance Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C/193(9) BNSS for further investigation.
