O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to return back the keys of the Arulmigu Alaganachiyamman Temple and Balathandayuthapani Thirukovil, which is situated at Vellaparai, Neyveli Village Majara, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the hereditary trustee of the Temple.

3.However, according to the fifth respondent, he is the hereditary trustee of the said Temple.

4.In view of the rival submissions made, this Court is of the opinion that the hereditary trustee has to be recognized by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department. Therefore, the petitioner and the private respondent shall work out their remedy before the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
