This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is filed to modify the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2881 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD) No.282 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for the past 40 days, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of the fact that he is working as a daily wager and ready to conduct the appeal, I feel some indulgence can be shown by modifying the condition from daily to once in a month.

4.Accordingly, the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station, Tirunelveli on the first day of every English Calender month (if it is a holiday, then he shall sign on the next day) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
