ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 364 (A) IPC., in Crime No.105 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3. The petitioner's earlier petitions for anticipatory bail were dismissed by this Court, since the prosecution alleges that the petitioner is the brain behind the entire operation.

5. Therefore, this Court is not in a position to notice any change of circumstances. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
