ORDER

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.18179 of 2024 dated 01-08-2024 has not been complied with.

2. In W.P(MD).No.18179 of 2024, a direction was issued by this Court to the respondents to obtain clarification from the Government and thereafter, take a decision on the petitioner's case.

3. Today (30.01.2026), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the Government has clarified that the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought for. 2/4

4. In view of the clarification issued by the Government, this Contempt petition is closed.
