ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.According to the petitioner neither civil suit nor rival claim is pending in respect of the subject mentioned property. As her representation dated 02.11.2016, seeking to cancel the patta said to have been wrongly issued to her adjacent land owner, is not yet considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

case, directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 02.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
