Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the second respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice, before passing final orders. This Court has not given any positive direction to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
