This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CrlMP(MD) No.17204 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.17207 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
