(MD)No.4795 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4795, dated 14.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 60 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4795, dated 14.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
