Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the 2nd and 3rd respondents in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9757 of 2021 dated 22.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioners are unable to comply with the situation.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the 2nd and 3rd petitioners at this stage.
