Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. Praying to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Karur to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application of the same day on merits in relating to cr.no.98 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

ORDER: This petition coming on this day for orders and upon perusing the petition, the affidavit, the documents filed in support thereof and earlier orders of this Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Arunraj, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st and 2nd respondents, and this Court Made following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8918 of 2018, dated 30.05.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.This Court had already extended the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Magistrate by order dated 12.07.2018. However, the petitioner has not surrendered till now. In order to give final chance, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of ten days from today. Other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unchanged.
