ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional 1/3
order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6976 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner received the order copy only on 15.05.2025, thereafter, he is suffering from fever. Due to ill-health, he is unable to execute the conditional order passed by this Court on 17.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6976 of 2025. He prayed to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not arise any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, another period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
