PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent AICTE vide its impugned Letter in File No. Southern/1-43665193499/2024/EOA dated 20.05.2024 insofar as not approving the Post Graduate Course in M.E Computer Science and Engineering with 18 seats in the petitioner college for the Academic Year 2024-25 quash the same and further direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to grant approval forthwith to the M.E Computer Science and Engineering with 18 seats in the petitioner college for the Academic Year 2024-25 in the light of the reports of the Standing Appellate Committee (SAC) and Expert Visit Committee (EVC) with respect to the petitioner college for the Academic year 2024-25.
