ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.6447 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for more than 45 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.6447 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu weekly once, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
