Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner for the property comprised in S.F.No.345 of Puliyur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in Sy.No.345 of Puliyur village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.It appears that the petitioner already made a request before the respondents for granting patta through her representation dated 02.09.2016, followed by another representation dated 26.12.2016.

3.Therefore, it is for the respondents, more particularly, the third respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with law, after hearing the other interested parties, if any. 4.Therefore, at this stage, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the third respondent to consider the said request of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with Law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
