*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] We do not find any illegal detention involved in this Habeas Corpus Petition, as the first detenu, the wife of the petitioner, has stated that she left the matrimonial home, on her own volition and she is not in illegal custody.
