Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the files of the fourth respondent pertaining to its order bearing Oo.Mu.A3/9392/2017 dated 30.03.2017 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the priority list maintained at the third respondent office in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.188 dated 28.12.1976 and G.O.Ms.No.656 dated 29.06.1978 for acquiring the lands of the petitioner and consequently to sponsor the name of the petitioner for any suitable job in the priority category.
