ORDER
This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1774 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.172 of 2025, dated 13.03.2025.
2. It is reported that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.
3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and considering the family situation cited by the petitioner in the affidavit 1/3
filed in support of the petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified.
4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified as to the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the learned Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul twice in a month (i.e., on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. If 1st and 15 day falls on a holiday, the petitioner shall appear before the above said Court on the next working day.
5. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not try to contact the victim or her family members either directly or indirectly and intimidate them in any way.
