ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 10.06.2019, wherein the petitioner has sought for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.R.Thangapandian, learned counsel appearing on behalf fo the petitioner and Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming his right through the sale deed, dated 09.10.1985, registered as Document No.928 of 1985. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in order to fix the boundaries. The petitioner also made an application in this regard and also paid the necessary fees for the survey and no survey was conducted in spite of subsequent representation and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the application 2/4

submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject property, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
