Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in T.A.Po.Ka/Trichy/pa.B-B1/2209/2017 dated 28-02-2017 quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to settle terminal benefits with interest at 18 percent to the petitioner. This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for not complying with the order of this Court in W.P. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. On 12.02.2020, this Court has passed the following order:

5. In the light of the above observations, the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Tha.A.Po.Ka/Trichy/PaPi-Pi1/2209/2017, dated 28.02.2017 is set aside. Consequently, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to forthwith settle the entire terminal benefits to the petitioner, atleast within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court on 12.02.2020 by setting the Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Salary, Commutation, ESPS, Pension, Member Pension arrears and Pension arrears in proceedings dated 23.02.2022.

4. In respect of other grievance if any exists against the pension arrears or otherwise, it is for the petitioner to redress the same in the manner known to law. With this liberty, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
