ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking interim suspension of the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, in C.C.No.152 of 2020 dated 21.04.2025, for a period of ten days, to enable her to perform her son's marriage.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that this Court, by its earlier order dated 05.06.2025, has been granted interim bail till 12.06.2025 and after the completion of the interim bail, the petitioner has also surrendered before the Court. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
